Invoice Hero Privacy Policy

TL;DR

We ("Invoice Hero", "Jerrycan Co Pty Ltd", "we" or "us") don't want to go to gaol. We don't do anything nefarious with your email or name. We don't have any other data. We are in the business of ethical app development, not data mining. We can't even think of anything in the world we'd be less interested in having than private information about you and your businesses.

Basics

We store a random alphanumeric combination that we use to differentiate you from other users. We don't store, save or use your name or email. We don't use any of data other than for account keeping purposes and the functioning of the app. We do not store, retrieve, save or otherwise interact with any of your invoices or business-related data, which is instead securely stored in iCloud or solely on your device if you are not signed in to iCloud.

Payments

For the purpose of supporting payments through Stripe, we will store a unique identifier, currency, client reference and the total amount for pending invoices. We do not collect or store your client's details, other than their email for Stripe's payment reference. Your client's email is not used for any other purpose and is deleted along with the rest of the information below once payment is completed. To be clear, we do not send emails to your clients. We do not store details about items for sale, including name, inventory, quantity or price. These are stored securely on your device and iCloud, if you choose to enable iCloud sync. All payment data is deleted after payment is completed or six months have passed without payment.
